Wendy Novoa, an apprentice technician at All Roads Trucks in Upper Marlboro, was featured in a news segment on WUSA9. The segment highlights Wendy’s role and career development, which began with an automotive program through Prince George’s County Public Schools. The program is designed to provide students with real-world experience working on various types of vehicles, and the school aims to encourage more female students to participate.

At the end of the program, students can earn their Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification. Wendy graduated from the program this past May and began working at All Roads Trucks as an intern last year. We are proud to see Wendy’s talent and dedication showcased, and we hope it encourages more young women to follow in her footsteps!
