All Roads Expands its Kenworth Network with Acquisition of Kenworth of South Florida
- Additional five Florida locations makes All Roads one of the largest Kenworth dealer groups in the United States.
- All Roads will rebrand the acquired locations as All Roads facilities.
All Roads, one of the largest privately held, multi-channel commercial services enterprises in the Eastern US, announced today that it has acquired Kenworth of South Florida. The acquisition includes five locations, including full service Kenworth truck dealerships in Fort Pierce, Fort Lauderdale, Riviera Beach, and Naples, as well as a TRP retail parts store located in Riviera Beach, Florida. With this acquisition, All Roads now has 15 Kenworth locations in its network and employs over 900 people.
Kenworth of South Florida has been owned by Todd Hays and Eric Johns, who will continue to stay with the company in leadership positions. All Roads is excited to work with the talented team at Kenworth of South Florida to enhance its position as a leading provider of commercial truck services in the region.

In conjunction with the deal, All Roads has announced it will be rebranding all commercial truck locations under the All Roads brand, including the new South Florida facilities. This initiative will unify the company’s commercial services and provide clear, cohesive branding for its customers.
