Kenworth Mid Atlantic Announces Acquisition of PacLease of Maryland

Expansion of commercial truck services in Mid-Atlantic region continues

  • Entity will now operate as All Roads Rental and Leasing
  • All four Kenworth Mid Atlantic locations will offer PacLease services
  • PacLease is one of the industry’s fastest-growing commercial truck leasing solutions

Kenworth Mid Atlantic announces the acquisition of PacLease of Maryland, a commercial truck leasing and rental business that will operate at its four Kenworth dealerships. PacLease gives commercial truck customers access to full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs customized for each specific fleet’s needs.

“Our PacLease franchise will be yet another tool to help our customers focus on running their business efficiently and profitably.” Stated Cody McCracken, Vice President of the All Roads Truck Division. “We will also now be able to reach new customers and market opportunities within the region.”

Established in 1980, PacLease is one of the industry’s fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies with both independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States.

In conjunction with the acquisition, the company will operate as All Roads Rental and Leasing and will offer additional solutions beyond leasing and rental for commercial truck and fleet operators including fuel reporting, advanced telematics, driver safety training, toll billing management and more.

Kenworth Mid Atlantic, an All Roads company, opened its first location in Baltimore, MD in 2018 and rapidly expanded to three additional locations in Westminster and Bel Air, MD and most recently Dover, DE. The addition of a PacLease franchise for Kenworth medium and heavy-duty trucks fully compliments the array of products and services delivered by All Roads aimed at supporting commercial clients.
