All Roads Announces Acquisition of Bare Truck Center and RMS

Deal includes RMS Westminster and RMS Hanover Entities

All Roads announces its acquisition of Bare Truck Center, an award-winning commercial truck dealership in Westminster, MD. As part of the acquisition, All Roads also acquires RMS Westminster, a leading provider of truck bodies and truck-mounted equipment, and RMS Hanover, a commercial truck and RV repair center and body shop from Stoms Companies, LLC.

In conjunction with the transaction, Bare Truck will be converted to a Kenworth dealership and operate as an additional location for Kenworth Mid Atlantic.

Additionally, Isuzu Trucks will remain and operate at the location as Isuzu Chesapeake Truck. Lew Stoms, President and Owner of Bare Truck Center and Stoms Companies, will join the All Roads organization as Dealer Principal for the Westminster location.

“We are thrilled to partner with Lew and his talented team on expanding our commercial truck offerings,” stated Wendy Nieberlein, President of Kenworth Mid Atlantic and CFO of All Roads. “The Bare Truck and RMS teams have earned a tremendous reputation and provide deep expertise that complements our growing list of commercial services.”

By adding the additional location, Kenworth Mid Atlantic will be able to provide better parts availability, more local truck inventory, faster turn-around times on truck repairs, and a one-stop approach to buying trucks with bodies.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to bring a product we believe in to our customers,” added Stoms. “The All Roads approach to delivering exceptional service made it a perfect fit for our organization and we are eager to bring our competitive edge to the market.”
